This spell functions like Death Armor, except that the field of force is, not only a tangible field of negative energy, but is opaque and appears like solid armor. Any creature striking you with its body or hand-held weapons takes 1d6 point/level (max 10d6.) If the creature has spell resistance, it applies to the damage. Weapons with exceptional reach, such as long-spears, do not endanger their users in this way.

Material Components: A paste made of exotic herbs, ground bones, mercury, and onyx worth 50 gp, which is applied to your body when the spell is cast.
